Meditate on your Guru. There is no need to carry out arduous spiritual practices such as Yoga, Sadhana, etc. Instead, offer simple prayers with utmost love and devotion i.e. Embed your\u00a0Guru in your heart. There is no need to undergo fast or penance. Read spiritual text, recite God&#8217;s name and Guru&#8217;s name. Don&#8217;t ponder over your omissions and oversights. Only remember the good experiences. While doing your work, while creating any form of art,\u00a0 remember your Guru. Only those art forms where &#8220;<b>Guru Tattva<\/b>&#8221; (the essence of Guru) is inherent, become everlasting.
