Due to their limited intellect, human beings sometimes give more value to nonessential things of life than what they deserve. Unfulfilled desires lead to suffering and frustration. Such desires can be material, mental, or physical in nature. A spiritual seeker, who aspires to attain <em>self-realization<\/em> or <em>God-realization<\/em>, will not be troubled by nonfulfilment of his worldly desires. However, a seeker of material objects would never be satisfied, even when his worldly desires are fulfilled, because new desires constantly crop up in his mind. He will never be able to appreciate the <em>simplicity<\/em> and <em>blissfulness<\/em>\u00a0of the spiritual world and saints.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Shirdi Sai Baba has asked his devotees to be satisfied with whatever God gives them. How can a person even imagine that all his wishes will ever be fulfilled in life?
