Self-Reflection and Introspection will give You a Happier Life

guruji

Each one of us should engage in frequent self-analysis and introspection. For this, you need to sit quietly, calm your mind and think about the various aspects of your life. This is the real “Meditation”. Improvements happen in baby steps. We should make sincere efforts to apply the nuggets of wisdom and advice prescribed by Baba (which is illustrated in Shri Sai Satcharita)  in our daily life. This would enhance the good qualities in us. First and foremost, effort should be made to stop the fragmentation within a family due to clash of emotions (those of anger, jealousy and ego).

If we can’t overcome the discrepancies in our personality by a small margin, It would be incorrect to use loaded terms such as Devotion, and Spirituality in our conversations.

There is no need to prove your allegiance towards Baba. No one has succeeded in proving one’s devotion towards Baba by carrying out any specific service. Neither a child nor a mother needs to prove their love towards each other. The basis of emotion is spontaneity, not validation or demonstration. Those who believe in certification for their devotion will have little success here. There are other avenues for them. All of us who have gathered here today for a cause are all equal. We are a medium for  rendering service towards Baba, to the best of our ability.

God is instrumental in all the changes happening around us in this world. It is wise to accept the changes, whether one likes it or not. There is little benefit in being critical of the younger generation. We can only show them the right path by walking with them, not by shunning them.  Revolutions will happen, changes will come, everything will pass in the flow of time. This is the law of nature. “GuruShakti” urges us to get involved in this ever evolving world around us. In our limited life, we resist change. However, nothing is beyond “Mahakaal” (Lord Siva), no element, no dimensions, not even time (kaal). All our possessions, achievements can get wiped out in a  fraction of a second.  Hence, tread this journey of life being courteous, and respectful while seeking the blessings of the Master.

Jai Shri Sai !
